Maximize your time. Using Whole-Body Electrical Muscle Stimulation, Conrad delivers highly efficient full-body workouts targeting all types of muscle fibers. In just 20 minutes, you achieve the intensity of a 90-minute weight-lifting workout.


Private & Semi-Private Sessions
Choose a one-on-one experience or share your session with one other person. Semi-private sessions are small, exclusive, and personalized.
